A. Simply create the job description, circulate and publicize as usual, and hope that Veterans will apply. There is no need to change the recruiting strategy in any way. B. Ask current employees to spread the word about the position to friends and family who have served in the military. C. Contact your local One-Stop Career Center and find out who on staff can help to disseminate the job description to qualified Veteran candidates. D.
