Section 8: What Would You Do?

A. The Veteran clearly has PTSD. You ask the class to wait while you run to apologize for startling her and triggering a reaction. You then walk her to her supervisor's office so they can work together to find a psychiatrist covered by your company's health insurance plan. B. You continue with training but make a note to yourself to write up the employee for disrupting the class and missing mandatory training. C. On a break you find the employee, acknowledge she is having a rough day and ask if there is anything you can do to help. D. You ignore the incident. Everyone has bad days at work for various reasons. She will get over it on her own.
