Section 8: What Would You Do?

Scenario #2:

While offering a Veteran candidate a job, you are outlining the tasks she will be performing. She confides in you that she sustained a TBI while deployed and may need accommodations. How do you proceed?

A. You work with her immediate supervisor to determine what accommodations she will need and how you can provide them within your budget. B. You tell her you are committed to providing necessary accommodations and ask what suggestions she may have. C. You call the Job Accommodation Network to educate yourself about TBI and potential accommodations you can offer the Veteran if she requests assistance. D. You research TBI and then prepare her workspace prior to her start date with every top of the line accommodation you can find. E. Both B and C
